Mike Sharps | Motion Standard Time
I am a senior motion designer and art director with over a decade of experience spanning corporate, agency, studio, and freelance settings. In 2020, I co-founded Motion Standard Time (MST) with two partners and played a key role in growing the business through sales, operations, and production, while serving as the creative director and lead motion designer. Over time, we expanded to include full-time junior employees and collaborated with freelancers as needed. In early 2024, after a successful run, we decided to wind down the studio and pursue new opportunities. I now continue MST as a freelancer and contract worker.
